Positive Reinforcement

How we encourage change for the better

We focus on positive reinforcement based programming with our clients, nurturing change for the better. Evergreen utilizes many forms of positive praise and rewards; one of which is the Evergreen Store. Clients visit the store weekly and are given the opportunity to spend their points on fun items. Evergreen recognizes the value in the kid’s ability to be rewarded for their hard work. 

 

Chief Morale Officer

Meet Indy

Indy is our Chief Morale Officer and regularly brings joy to those around him. He has successfully completed the AKC Canine Good Citizen and the AKC Community Canine Certification. Indy’s strongest skillset is his ability to help de-escalate strong emotions. He is easily everyone’s favorite staff on site.
